RFQ -AFG-DRC-0246-Cash Distribution Programs Under Framework Agreement

Danish Red Cross invites qualified MSPs and banks to submit their technical and financial proposals for the establishment of a two-years Framework Agreement for cash distribution services. The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to support the humanitarian operations of the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS), including emergency response, relief activities, and other humanitarian programs. Interested services provider are requested to review all the documents related to this tender carefully and submit their proposals/offers no later than 17 Aug 2026 .
