BDO (Business Development Officer)

Role summary This incumbent will be responsible to achieve the assigned targets by the Manager. Duties and responsibilities 1. Acquiring new customers 2. Calling on existing or prospective clients in order to build new businesses 3. Development of relationships with referral sources 4. Participate in community affairs and broaden new business opportunities 5. Establish and achieve sales targets and promote various banking services to customers. 6. Maintain effective relationship with customer and analyze requirements and recommend appropriate product and initiate growth for bank. 7. Evaluate flows of deals and provide support to various business banking processes. 8. Analyze prospective customer for financing and other IBA product and determine appropriate candidate. 9. Coordinate with team members and ensure customer satisfaction and provide require information. 10. Assist customers with all banking services and financing products. 11. Maintain exceptional knowledge on various banking and financing products and associate policies and procedures. 12. Determine marketing programs for essential segments. Research potential clients and markets. Generate leads and develop new business prospects. Identify opportunities for expanding products or services. Meet with prospective and existing clients. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business. Perform other office and/or administrative duties as requested by the line manger. Job requirements Education: Minimum bachelor degree in Economic /BBA/ BCS with Two Years Relevant Experience.(Sales/Marketing/Business) Skills:  Excellent interpersonal skills  Team building skills  Proficiency in Computer Programs  Excellent communication skills (Pashto, Dari, English).
