Outstation Sales Supervisor

Role summary Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. The ongoing training of your salespeople. Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Duties and responsibilities Looking after overall Sales and operation of entire Afghanistan. Target splitting base on regions and it’s monitoring daily, weekly, monthly Market expansion, covering white space and adding new customers. New staffs training and their capacity building enhancement. Daily communication with outstations SDs about their operation and dispatches. Attending opening and closing with DSF’s on daily basis. Jointly and individual market visit Eastern Zone Afghanistan. Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment. Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items. Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest. Daily settlement with company and order booking for tomorrow. Job requirements Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Experience in customer relationship management. Experience managing and directing a sales team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dedication to providing great customer service. Ability to lead a sales team.
