Nursing Director

Job Summary · Arranging the 24-hour duty list of paramedical and nursing personnel · Pursuing drug supplies and medical consumables in the hospital (collaboration with hospital pharmacists) · Taking care, adjusting and arranging the Morning delivery process between the nurses' shifts · Active participation in the design and implementation of workplace and in-service training programs in the hospital · Supervision of how to perform nursing tasks inside the hospital · Obtaining and consolidating hospital HMIS reports regularly (monthly, quarterly and annually) and submitting it to the relevant authority. · Increasing the working ability of hospital nursing personnel by organizing workshops, trainings, seminars and other educational methods. · Participation in the hospital doctors' Morning report if necessary · Leadership of nursing Morning meetings to inform about the activities of the past 24 hours · Active participation in hospital leadership board meetings · Receiving problems of nursing personnel and transferring it to a higher authority · Ensuring compliance with infection prevention criteria and other necessary criteria in imports · Preparation and arrangement of monthly, quarterly and annual work plans for better regulation of affairs · A timely report on the progress and activities of the nursing department in the operating room · Performing other duties related to the duty assigned by the hospital administration Job Requirements Graduated from nursing recognized medical institute (Eixt exam is must) At least 3-year work experience in relevant field. Well familiar with Ms. Office and data entry. Effective communication and problem-solving skills Fluent in local languages and English. Familiar with the hospital related reports and able to prepare these reports Well familiar with EPHS package of health services.
