Role summary
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / General Manager Purpose The Administrative Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the organization's administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations and provide effective administrative support to management and all departments.
Duties and responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. • Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies and procedures. • Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective office management. • Coordinate office facilities, logistics, transportation, and asset management. • Oversee procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records. • Maintain administrative records, filing systems, and official correspondence. • Coordinate recruitment support, attendance, leave records, and personnel administration. • Prepare and monitor the administrative budget and control operational expenses Organize meetings, workshops, conferences, and official events. • Schedule executive and management meetings and prepare meeting agendas. • Prepare, record, and distribute accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM). • Maintain a register of meeting decisions and action items. • Follow up with responsible departments to ensure implementation of meeting resolutions and provide progress reports to management. • Liaise with government authorities, service providers, and external stakeholders on administrative matters. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. • Prepare periodic administrative reports for senior management.
Job requirements
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant administrative experience, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
