Job Summary Project Manager Expat: We are recruiting a Project Manager to lead a large, multi-site guarding and explosive detection dog (EDD) operation across Kabul and regional locations in Afghanistan. You will be the single point of accountability for delivery: operations, compliance, budgets, reporting and senior stakeholder engagement. We're looking for: 10+ years security, military or police background, with a minimum of 5 years managing large guard-force operations in hostile environments Proven delivery for international organizations, diplomatic missions or INGOs Strong working knowledge of ICoCA, the Montreux Document, use-of-force and human-rights frameworks Country-level contract, budget and client-relationship management Medically fit; valid passport with Afghanistan visa eligibility; fluent English Afghanistan experience strongly preferred This position is contingent on award.
