Job Summary As a Student Affairs Officer , your responsibilities will include, the following: Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and guests by welcoming them professionally and providing accurate information about CBA's programs and services. Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally. Record and maintain all student inquiries, including prospective students interested in ACCA, FIA or other CBA programs. Maintain an updated inquiry database and follow up regularly with prospective students regarding upcoming classes, admissions, and registration. Contact prospective students when new classes are scheduled and coordinate their enrollment and attendance. Assist students throughout the admission and registration process by providing guidance on course selection, schedules, fees, and institutional policies. Maintain accurate student records, including admissions, attendance, payments, and other relevant documentation. Coordinate with academic staff to ensure students receive class schedules, learning materials, and important announcements on time. Monitor ongoing classes and communicate with students regarding attendance, academic progress, and administrative matters. Follow up with students and, where appropriate, regarding attendance, academic performance, and outstanding fee payments. Coordinate with the Finance Department to monitor tuition payments, remind students of due dates, and assist in the collection of outstanding fees while maintaining accurate payment records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries, registrations, enrollments, student follow-ups, and payment collections. Support the planning and execution of student orientations, seminars, workshops, and other institutional events. Ensure the reception area remains organized, welcoming, and professional at all times. Maintain confidentiality of student information and institutional records. Perform any other duties assigned by the management in support of CBA's operations and student services. Job Requirements Job Requirements To be successful in this role, the candidate should meet the following requirements: Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply. Experience Minimum one (1) year of experience in student affairs, admissions, customer service, administration, receptionist, or a similar role is preferred. Experience in an educational institution or training center is an advantage. Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Pashto , Dari and English . Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with students, parents, and visitors. Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to providing excellent student service. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information responsibly. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to use email, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms for professional communication. Experience using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive) is an advantage. Ability to learn and use student management systems or CRM software. Willingness to learn and continuously improve. Strong commitment to professionalism and teamwork. Other Requirements Willingness to work full-time from Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM .
