Role summary Amin Noor Company is looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer (WordPress) to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, optimizing, and securing WordPress websites, implementing new features, improving website performance, and providing technical support. Duties and responsibilities Develop and maintain WordPress websites. Customize WordPress themes and plugins. Build responsive and user-friendly web pages. Optimize website speed and performance. Troubleshoot website issues and fix bugs. Ensure website security and regular backups. Integrate third-party APIs and services. Optimize websites for SEO best practices. Collaborate with designers and developers. Maintain website documentation and updates. Job requirements Applicants should have strong knowledge and practical experience in: Web Development HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript PHP MySQL WordPress WordPress CMS Theme Customization Plugin Installation & Configuration Plugin Customization WooCommerce (Preferred) Elementor or Gutenberg WordPress Security WordPress Performance Optimization WordPress Backup & Migration Additional Skills Responsive Web Design REST API Integration Git / Version Control cPanel / Hosting Management Domain & DNS Management Basic Linux Server Knowledge (Preferred) SEO Fundamentals Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Web Development. Strong experience with WordPress. Good understanding of modern web development concepts. Ability to solve technical problems independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience with website optimization and security is an advantage. Job Location: Kabul, Afghanistan Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience and technical skills may substitute for formal education.
