IT Technician Intern

Role summary The IT Technician Intern will assist the technical team in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless internet equipment and network infrastructure. This internship provides hands-on experience with real-world networking technologies while working alongside experienced engineers. Duties and responsibilities Assist with the installation and maintenance of PtP and PtMP wireless equipment. Help configure and troubleshoot customer internet connections. Support technicians during site surveys and field installations. Monitor network performance and report any issues. Assist in installing and configuring routers, switches, and wireless devices. Learn to configure and maintain MikroTik and Ubiquiti equipment. Help maintain records of installations, maintenance activities, and customer support tasks. Respond to basic technical support requests under the supervision of senior engineers. Follow company safety procedures and technical standards during field work. Perform other technical tasks assigned by the supervisor. Job requirements University degree in the relevant area Basic knowledge of Networking Knowledge of written and spoken Pashto, Dari Excellent interpersonal skills.
