Role summary Counting of physical cash Carrying of physical cash Duties and responsibilities MAJOR ACTIVITIES Counts the physical cash notes and signs the bundles for completeness and accuracy Checks the banknotes received on validity and usefulness. Carries physical cash to/from Da Afghanistan Bank and/or AIB’s branches. Assist cashiers in urgency cases with receiving or withdrawal of cash by the clients. Any other duties as required by the job. ATM Replenishment Any other assignments as given by line manager. Job requirements EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - 12th or 14th graduate, Prefer for Bachelor degree in banking and finance, business, Islamic banking and related field - Holder of banking certificates, if any. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - 1 year experience in field of banking operations / administrative SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: - Familiarized with Bank software, General Polices, Banking Laws - Should have understanding of basic accounting. - Should be able to speak, write and understand Dari, Pashto and English. - Computer skill (Windows + MS office) - Strong communication and customer relationship management. - Managerial skills. - Hardworking and team player. - Decision maker. - Analytical skill - Good listening - Problem solving - Customer Service & customer relationship management skill - Good Mathematics, finance and cash counting skills
