Role summary
Manage end-to-end international roaming operations by negotiating and administering roaming agreements, DIOTs, partner relationships, signaling connectivity, testing, onboarding, and issue resolution in coordination with internal teams and roaming partners. Oversee roaming financials and reporting, including invoicing, revenue reconciliation, traffic analysis, compliance, documentation, settlements, performance monitoring, and the exchange of roaming information for seamless service delivery.
Duties and responsibilities
§ Negotiate, draft, and submit roaming agreements for approval in close coordination with Legal, Finance, Wholesale, Roaming Operations, and roaming vendors. § Facilitate in establishing signaling connection with roaming partner after signing roaming agreement § Negotiate discount Inter Operating Tariffs (DIOTs) with roaming partners. § Coordinate with both technical teams (ATOMA and roaming partner) for extending necessary support. § Coordinate with IT, Billing, Technical and roaming partners to test out-bound and in-bound testing. § Manage the coordination of roaming from negotiation of roaming agreements, to handoff to Roaming Operations for on boarding, as well as coordinating the resolution of roaming partner issues e.g. Test SIM cards, testing issues. § Interface intra and inter-departmentally to resolve revenue reconciliation issues and suggest for the development and improvement of systems and processes § Send and receive roaming related invoices to/ from all service providers. § Provide traffic data/ rates input for roaming revenue and cost reporting § Update all subsidiary books, record and match all transactions to the corresponding periods § Communicate timely information on roaming network usage and exchange of traffic with other networks § Perform roaming statistics analysis § Review and keep accurate documentation (soft and hard copies) of bank, interconnect and roaming data, contracts, notices and correspondences with roaming partners § Enforce department's compliance with all deadlines and reporting requirements Maintain data for reporting and the roaming dashboards for the assigned region. Support finance with any settlement or dispute cases with roaming operators. § Send/receive network and roaming information packs (e.g. IR.21, AA.14, and test books) § Perform contract administration, including working closely with ATOMA Legal to create and amend roaming agreements. § Handle relationship management, including resolving commercial and technical issues roaming partner requirements, which will require partnership with cross-functional teams internal and external of ATOMA, to include vendors. § Analyse the detailed service performance parameters of the roaming partners and use § Handoff of roaming information packs to IREG and TADIG Coordinators for onboarding of the roaming partner in accordance with Roaming Hub processes.
Job requirements
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Business, BBA or Finance/Economics. Work Experience : Minimum of 1 years or in a similar role e.g reporting, reconciliation, Dispute resolution, testing, agreement reviewing. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel, Power point, Understanding billing workflows, data clearing house (DCH) processes, and analyzing TAP (Transmitted Account Procedure) files. Soft Skills : Strong communication, Interacting smoothly with global carrier partners across different nationalities, Handling sensitive executive schedules and financial documents
