Have at least addition to proficiency working knowledge of Linux and be comfortable in the use of command lines for administration on Windows, Linux or both. Capable of working under pressure/using own initiative with minimal supervision. Experience of installing any type of Internet Devices (UBIQUITI, Mikrotik, CISCO etc). Experience of running complete setup of ISP. Deep understanding of common troubleshooting procedures. Extensive experience on Incident and problem management. Proven experience of operation and maintenance management. Understanding of Digital Communications Networks: protocols (IP, TCP, UDP, routing, etc.) and architecture (routers, switches, firewall, etc.) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Monitor and report on the quality, effectiveness and customer satisfaction relating to the provision of service operations. Install and configure any type of device in UBIQUITI, CISCO and Mikrotik. Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the team, providing overall guidance and supervision. Maintain and monitor required staffing levels and schedule to ensure that the team can meet the demand and respond in a timely manner to network and server anomalies and outages. Ensuring the right environment is in place so that staff are effectively mentored, developed and trained. Organize and prioritize workload. Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes. Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future. Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements. Manage and lead the team of Engineers and Technicians to maintain the stability of Easy Connect Network. Planning, implementing and monitoring the routine Preventive Maintenance activities for BSS, MW and Power system of NOC.
