A FIELD COORDINATOR – BADAKHSHAN

Job Summary Under the supervision of the Country Director, your missions will be as follows: Contribute to Action Against Hunger country strategy development and program design Coordinate Field Operations and Integrated Program Implementation Strengthen Local Partnerships, Community Engagement and Localization at Field level Manage the team at field level with technical support from Head of Departments Facilitate Effective Coordination and Collaboration with the Coordination Team Security and Access Job Requirements You hold a degree in a related field such as Humanitarian Action, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field. You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior management role with humanitarian and/or development organizations, in a similar context. You have experience in project management. You have strong managerial competencies including: strategic planning and operational management; budget and resource management; security and access management; communication, coordination, facilitation.
