Call Center Agent

Job Summary Clock Tower Cars UK is looking for ten (10) female call center agents with previous experience to work as customer service representatives in the office. The agents will be responsible for answering calls from UK-based clients, providing location and transportation information, assisting with bookings, and ensuring customers are picked up and dropped off on time. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a polite, professional, and customer-focused manner. Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding taxi availability, estimated arrival times, pickup points, and drop-off locations. Assist customers with taxi bookings and efficiently coordinate trip details with assigned taxi drivers. Accurately record customer information, booking details, special requests, and other relevant information in the company system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, concerns, cancellations, and booking changes promptly and professionally. Maintain effective communication with taxi drivers and relevant departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Follow up on customer requests and unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies and procedures. Escalate complex customer issues or service-related problems to the appropriate supervisor when necessary. Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing efficient, reliable, and high-quality support. Job Requirements Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred. Proficient in basic computer applications with strong typing skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused under pressure. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment. Punctual responsible self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
