CRM Contractual (Russian Language)

Role summary The CRM Contractual (Russian Language) is responsible for managing customer relationships with Russian-speaking customers. The role involves maintaining accurate customer and contract records, communicating with clients regarding contractual matters, following up on agreements, renewals, payments, and pending requirements, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries. The position will coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other relevant departments to ensure contractual obligations are properly managed and customer satisfaction is maintained. The role also requires accurate documentation, regular CRM updates, and preparation of reports related to customer and contract activities. Duties and responsibilities Execute cold calls and lead follow-ups according to approved scripts, procedures, and service-level requirements, communicating fluently with Russian-speaking prospects and clients. Manage and maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, onboarding progress, and contractual activities in the CRM system. Assist with customer onboarding by coordinating required documentation, providing clear guidance, and ensuring smooth communication in Russian and English where required. Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding inquiries, services, contracts, pending requirements, and other customer-related matters. Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking customers, local businesses, partners, and other stakeholders to support customer retention and business growth. Identify new business opportunities and prospective customers through market research, cold outreach, networking, and Russian-language business channels. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, coordinate with the relevant departments, and ensure timely resolution and follow-up. Gather customer feedback, market intelligence, and insights from Russian-speaking customers and communicate actionable recommendations to management and relevant teams. Track and report CRM, lead-generation, customer engagement, onboarding, and regional performance metrics through regular reports. Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities, using Russian to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Support Russian-language and regionally relevant content and marketing activities by providing market insights, customer feedback, and success stories while ensuring culturally appropriate communication. Job requirements Bachelor’s degree in Russian Language, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in CRM, customer relations, sales, business development, contract coordination, or a related field. Candidates with direct professional experience working with Russian-speaking networks, businesses, companies, or clients will be highly preferred. Strong command of the Russian language, including excellent reading, writing, speaking, and communication skills. Good command of English, particularly for professional communication, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. Strong customer service, communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, leads, follow-ups, and tasks effectively. Professional attitude, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
