Senior Full Stack Web Developer

Role summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong backend and Frontend expertise in Laravel and PostgreSQL, along with solid experience in CI/CD processes. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications, particularly in accounting and financial systems. This role requires on-site presence and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Duties and responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Laravel. Develop and optimize database structures using PostgreSQL, MySQL. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes. Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Maintain and enhance accounting and financial software systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Ensure security, scalability, and data integrity across systems. Job requirements Technical Skills Strong experience with Laravel framework (3+ years). Solid Experience in system architucture design. Solid experience with PostgreSQL database design and management. Practical experience in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation workflows. Good understanding of RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with Git and version control best practices. Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development. Experience with NOSQL databases and node.js (plus point). Strong knowledge and practical experience in accounting software systems is highly preferred. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work on-site and manage tasks independently. Good time management and self organizational skills. Experience Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Full stack Web Developer. Proven experience in building scalable and performance-optimized applications. Experience working on accounting or financial management systems is a strong advantage. Experience in working with Agile methodology, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, team colaboration and iterative development processes.
