Role summary The position is open to both men and women, with preference given to women. The successful candidate will be engaged formally and will receive a monthly salary based on experience and qualifications. Duties and responsibilities Tasks & Responsibilities • Teach online and in-person courses in Science, Graphic Design, English Language, or Computer Science according to the approved curriculum. • Prepare and organize educational materials, including instructional videos, course notes, presentations, and assignments, in Dari, Pashto, and English. • Assess and examine students and record their grades in the Student Information System (SIS). • Provide academic counseling to students and guide them regarding projects and academic research. • Contribute to curriculum development and update educational materials in accordance with international standards. • Participate in academic meetings, seminars, and workshops organized by the university. • Communicate with students through the online learning platform and respond to their academic questions. Date Job requirements General Requirements • Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection for online teaching. • Willingness to teach in person at the university’s educational centers when required. • Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software. • Commitment, responsibility, and a strong team-oriented attitude. Educational Qualifications • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: o English Language and Literature o Computer Science o Natural Sciences, including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and related fields o Graphic Design or related fields • Advanced proficiency in English, sufficient for teaching and preparing educational content. • Full proficiency in Dari and Pashto. Experience Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or relevant professional experience in the respective field. Experience in online teaching is an advantage. • Familiarity with online learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
