Site Engineer

Role summary Green State Power (GSP) is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our engineering and technical services team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring precision, collaboration, and a commitment to quality in project execution. Duties and responsibilities Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design and technical specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for smooth project implementation. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Support project planning, scheduling, and resource management. Job requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Strong technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with energy, infrastructure, or development projects. Familiarity with international standards and technical terminology. Strong communication and reporting skills.
