Full Stack Developer

Role summary Sirilinks is looking for a full stack developer responsible for both frontend and backend development across web and mobile projects. You should build fast, ship clean code, and work with AI as part of your daily toolkit. This is not a traditional development role. We support our team with paid subscriptions to leading AI development tools and actively encourage learning and applying the latest technologies in day to day work. Duties and responsibilities All areas listed below are required parts of this role, not optional and not split between separate people. The successful candidate is expected to cover every one of them: Design, build, and maintain both the frontend and the backend of client web projects Develop, build, and release Flutter mobile applications for Android and iOS Design, optimise, and maintain databases in MySQL and PostgreSQL Build and consume REST APIs, and integrate third party services Containerise and deploy applications using Docker on Linux or cPanel environments Use AI coding tools and agentic workflows as a normal part of day to day delivery Carry out code review, bug fixing, security fixes, and performance optimisation Produce clear technical documentation for every delivery • 9. Report progress regularly and deliver assigned tasks within agreed deadlines Job requirements Essential (Must Have): Minimum 3 years of professional full stack development experience PHP and Laravel to a production standard Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript, with strong responsive UI skills MySQL and PostgreSQL Flutter mobile app development Docker, Git, and REST API development Experience with AI coding tools or agentic AI workflows such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar • 8.
