Tax Accountant

Role summary Kayani Consulting, Accounting, Auditing and Tax Services Company is interesting to hire a tax accountant. Duties and responsibilities Strong proficiency in preparing and maintaining revenue and expense ledgers, preparing accurate profit and loss statements and balance sheets, and compiling and filing tax returns in accordance with applicable tax laws and accounting standards. Prepare , organize, and review tax and financial documents for companies and organizations. Calculate and process withholding taxes on salaries, rent, and contracts. Prepare quarterly business income tax calculations and annual tax returns. Review purchase documents, expenses, and financial transactions on a regular basis. Prepare and organize tax documents and correspondence in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Assist with tax clearance processes and obtaining official tax documents. Provide accurate tax advice and identify potential tax risks. Perform other accounting and taxation-related duties assigned by management. Job requirements ACCA Specialist with strong professional knowledge and practical experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and related financial management functions. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and taxation. Good knowledge of Afghanistan’s tax laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to prepare financial and tax reports. Strong attention to detail, integrity, responsibility, and commitment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and time-management skills.
