Job Summary Lead daily civil/architectural trade crews and achieve production targets safely and to approved workmanship.• Receive daily targets and organize labor, tools and materials. • Set out minor works from engineer instructions and ensure sequence is followed. • Check workmanship continuously and correct defects before inspection. • Maintain housekeeping, access and protection of completed work. • Record daily manpower/output and report shortages or delays. • Enforce HSE instructions and toolbox requirements. Job Requirements Technical diploma/trade background; minimum 8 years construction experience including supervisory role. Crew leadership; building trades; drawings interpretation; productivity; HSE discipline.
