M&E Officer

Job Summary · Develop and implement project monitoring plans, tools, and schedules. · Conduct monitoring visits and monitor project activities regularly. · Monitor project performance against approved indicators, targets, and work plans. · Verify the quality, completeness, and accuracy of clinical and programmatic data. · Support the project staff in strengthening data collection, reporting, and data management systems. · Analyze monitoring findings and prepare timely monitoring reports with practical recommendations. · Track implementation of agreed action points and follow up on corrective actions. · Support baseline, midline, end line assessments, surveys, and operational research activities. · Facilitate M&E and data management training for project staff · Ensure compliance with donor requirements, project SOPs, and organizational M&E standards. · Collaborate with technical teams to improve service quality and project performance. · Any other relevant task assigned by the line manager. Job Requirements o MD degree from an accredited university. o Eye technician graduated from an accredited university o 3-5 years’ work experience in the similar field.
