Night Shift Supervisor

Job Summary Momin Hospital is seeking a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to oversee and manage all hospital activities during night hours, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care and supporting staff. Supervise all hospital operations during the night shift Ensure effective coordination among medical, administrative, and support staff Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent situations Ensure delivery of quality healthcare services in line with hospital policies Maintain discipline and proper workflow during the night shift Record and document incidents, activities, and issues Provide regular reports to management on night shift status Support continuous improvement of services and operations Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant education in a health-related field or management Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience (hospital experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure Willingness and ability to work night shifts Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High level of responsibility, accuracy, and professionalism Basic knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare services Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
