The objective is to provide investors with an independent review of the Company's exposure to financial crime risks and the adequacy and effectiveness of its governance, policies, procedures, systems, and controls in mitigating those risks, while identifying any areas for enhancement relative to international standards and industry best practices. Assignment The Company wishes to engage an independent consultant to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and financial crime risk management framework against relevant international standards and industry best practices. The assessment is intended to provide current and prospective investors, lenders, and strategic partners with an independent evaluation of the Company's financial crime risk profile, governance framework, compliance program maturity, and control environment.
