Role summary About the Company Background Information Abdal Azami Ltd is the Skechers franchise in Afghanistan, headquartered in Shahr-e-Naw, Kabul, with branches in 9 other provinces, supplying original Skechers footwear and accessories to customers nationwide. The company is the country's only authorized Skechers dealer. Alongside Skechers, the company retails a portfolio of additional footwear and apparel brands — Saya, Puca, and Peak — spanning men's, women's, and children's lines, and operates both physical stores and an online shop with countrywide delivery. Our reach The retail network covers 18 locations across 10 provinces: Kabul (main branch at Park Tower in Shar-e-Naw, plus Mandawi, Qala Fatehullah, Karte Char, Gulbahar, and Khairkhana), Herat, Balkh, Kandahar, Nangarhar (Jalalabad), Khost, Nimroz, Shebergahn, and Jowzjan. Customer service operates in both English and Dari/Pashto, by phone, WhatsApp, and email. Duties and responsibilities AAL-BDO · Business Development Officer (night shift) Find and pursue new clients and partners in Kabul and the provinces Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations Maintain client relationships and follow up for repeat business Meet monthly sales and growth targets Report weekly on leads, meetings, and outcomes AAL-QMR · Quotation and Market Research Officer Research supplier and market prices for requested items Prepare accurate cost breakdowns and quotations for clients and tenders Track competitor pricing and market trends Maintain a supplier and price database Submit research summaries and pricing reports to management AAL-MKT · Marketing Manager Plan and run marketing campaigns for company products and services Manage the marketing budget, calendar, and team Oversee branding, printed materials, and digital presence Track campaign performance and adjust based on results Coordinate with sales and branch teams on promotions AAL-SBM · Store Branch Manager Manage daily operations, staff, and opening hours of the branch Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment Handle cash, daily sales records, and reconciliation Ensure customer service standards and resolve complaints Report sales, stock, and staffing to head office AAL-SMC · Social Media Content Creator Produce photo, video, and graphic content for company channels Write captions in Dari, Pashto, and English Maintain a posting calendar across platforms Respond to comments and messages Report reach and engagement monthly AAL-SMI · Social Media Influencer Appear in and present company video and photo content Promote products and services to your own and company audiences Attend shoots, events, and branch openings as scheduled Coordinate with the content team on scripts and messaging Maintain a professional image consistent with company brand AAL-HRI · HR Intern Assist with job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling Maintain employee files and attendance records Help prepare contracts, letters, and onboarding documents Support HR meetings and take notes Assist with other HR tasks as assigned AAL-FIN · Finance Intern Assist with recording daily transactions and filing vouchers Help prepare invoices, payment requests, and expense reports Support bank and petty cash reconciliation Maintain organized financial records Assist the finance team with reports as assigned AAL-INV · Inventory Intern Assist with receiving, counting, and labeling stock Update inventory records and stock cards Support physical stock counts and reconciliation Help prepare delivery and transfer documents Report discrepancies to the supervisor AAL-ITI · IT Intern Assist with setup and basic maintenance of computers, printers, and network devices Provide first-line support to staff on hardware and software issues Help maintain the IT asset inventory Support data backup and account setup tasks Assist with other IT tasks as assigned Job requirements Job Requirements Detailed requirements for each position are provided in the application form.
