Vaccinator ( Female) (Re Announced)

Job Summary Responsibilities: Implement and observing of all national guidelines and norms of the EPI system. Perform duty according to the vaccination norms and protocols. Determines appropriate vaccine type and dose volume appropriate for each client. Doing vaccination both for children and women. Collect on-time data and registration. Keeping the proper temperature of the vaccine refrigerator and keeping a record of the temperature. Filling the tally sheet of vaccination on a daily basis. Observing hygiene on a daily basis. Inform the relevant supervisor immediately in case the refrigerator or other equipment is not working. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of your performance and submit to immediate supervisor. Attend and participate in a meeting and training when invited by management staff. Ensure correct disposal of sharps medical items and take them to the receptacle. Educate people and communicate the importance of vaccines to the people and encourage them to apply the vaccine. Ensure there is always enough supply in the cold chain. Maintain an attitude of learning that continuously seeks to grow in professional skills and language learning and cultural understanding of the target community and co-workers Any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements Requirements Graduated from high school or health related program and received vaccination training certificate (EPI Initially training). At least two years’ work experience in vaccination. Mastery of the Dari language and familiarity with English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work and deal successfully in a multicultural environment. Strong interest in health and well-being of all members of society Decent, respectable appearance Honest and hard-working, even without direct supervision Problem solving skills.
