Computer and English Teacher

Role summary The Computer and English Teacher is responsible for teaching Computer and English subjects in a standardized and effective manner in accordance with the national curriculum of Afghanistan; strengthening students’ English language skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking; improving their basic computer knowledge, digital skills, and ability to use Information Technology (IT); expanding students’ academic and professional competencies through practical and theoretical learning; and actively contributing to creating a safe, organized, and effective learning environment and achieving the educational objectives of the school. د کمپیوټر او انګلیسي مضمون ښوونکی مسؤلیت لري چې د افغانستان د ملي نصاب مطابق د کمپیوټر او انګلیسي مضمونونه په معیاري او اغېزمنه توګه تدریس کړي، د زده‌کوونکو د انګلیسي ژبې د لوستلو، لیکلو، اورېدو او خبرو اترو مهارتونه پیاوړي کړي، د کمپیوټر بنسټیزه پوهه، ډیجیټلي مهارتونه او د معلوماتي ټکنالوژۍ (IT) د کارونې وړتیا لوړه کړي، د عملي او نظري زده‌کړو له لارې د زده‌کوونکو علمي او مسلکي وړتیاوې پراخې کړي، او د خوندي، منظم او اغېزمن زده‌کړیز چاپېریال په رامنځته کولو او د ښوونځي د تعلیمي موخو په ترلاسه کولو کې فعاله ونډه واخلي . Duties and responsibilities The teacher is required to arrive at the school (30) minutes before the start of teaching. The teacher is required to teach between (24) and (36) teaching hours per week. The teacher is required to take responsibility for the teaching hours of an absent teacher. The teacher must prepare and complete students’ results, academic records, and report cards after the examinations are completed. The teacher must actively participate in all school meetings and gatherings. The teacher is required to arrive at the school (15) days before the beginning of the academic year in order to conduct examinations for conditional and excused students. The teacher may use legal leave in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The teacher must conduct teaching according to the approved lesson plan. The teacher must use appropriate environmental, supportive, and teaching materials during teaching and is responsible for preparing teaching materials and conducting lessons according to the lesson plan. The teacher must submit his/her teaching plan to the Teaching Assistant, Head Teacher, or Department Officer for approval and signature before the start of teaching. Taking and recording student attendance, completing educational progress forms, and arranging relevant documents are the responsibility of the teacher. At the end of each lesson, the teacher must assign homework to students, pay attention to their abilities and talents, use new teaching methods to improve their learning level, create a healthy and friendly environment among students, and appropriately resolve individual differences. The teacher must prepare standardized and appropriate questions for examinations. The teacher must carefully correct and evaluate examination papers. Examination questions must be clear, standardized, and appropriate to the students’ academic level. The teacher must take students’ attendance before the examination begins and record absent students. The teacher is required to comply with the school’s principles, policies, and regulations, safeguard confidential school information and documents, and not share them with anyone except relevant authorized personnel. The teacher must follow the instructions of the organization’s leadership and maintain mutual respect and good cooperation with colleagues. The teacher must have full familiarity with the applicable rules and regulations of the Ministry of Education. The teacher must fully comply with the school’s policies and regulations and the principles of Child Protection and Safeguarding . The teacher must maintain effective and continuous cooperation with parents and the school administration. The teacher must assess students’ learning, conduct examinations, and properly record their results. The teacher must actively participate in educational meetings, training programs, and workshops. The teacher must cooperate in organizing and implementing school activities and programs. The teacher must prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lesson plans. The teacher must maintain continuous communication with students’ parents/guardians when necessary. The teacher must properly perform assigned duties in accordance with the organization’s laws and regulations. The teacher is required to perform other relevant duties assigned by the organization. As this is a model school, the teacher must conduct the teaching process by creating an environment of love, sincerity, respect, and a healthy educational atmosphere. The teacher may not leave the school without a religious or legal justification. If there is a need to leave due to any justification, the teacher must inform the administration in advance. ښوونکی مکلف دی چې د تدریس له پیل څخه (30) دقیقې مخکې ښوونځي ته حاضر شي. ښوونکی مکلف دی چې په اوونۍ کې له (24) څخه تر (36) تدریسي ساعتونو پورې تدریس وکړي . ښوونکی مکلف دی چې د غایب ښوونکي تدریسي ساعتونه پر غاړه واخلي . ښوونکی باید د ازموینو له پای ته رسېدو وروسته د زده‌ کوونکو نتایج، کارت‌ سوانح او اطلاع ‌نامې ترتیب او بشپړې کړي . ښوونکی باید د ښوونځي په ټولو غونډو او مجلسونو کې فعاله ونډه واخلي . ښوونکی مکلف دی چې د تعلیمي کال له پیل څخه (15) ورځې مخکې ښوونځي ته حاضر شي، ترڅو د مشروطو او معذرتي زده‌ کوونکو ازموینې واخلي . ښوونکی کولای شي د نافذه قوانینو او مقرراتو مطابق له قانوني رخصتۍ څخه استفاده وکړي . ښوونکی باید تدریس د منظور شوي درسي پلان مطابق ترسره کړي . ښوونکی باید د تدریس پر مهال له مناسب چاپېریالي، مرستندویه او درسي وسایلو څخه استفاده وکړي او د تدریسي موادو د چمتو کولو او د درس د پلان مطابق د تدریس مسؤلیت پر غاړه ولري . ښوونکی باید د تدریس له پیل مخکې خپل تدریسي پلان د تدریسي مرستیال، سرښوونکي یا د ډیپارټمنټ مسؤل ته د تأیید او لاسلیک لپاره وړاندې کړي . د زده ‌کوونکو د حاضرۍ اخیستل، ثبتول، د ترقي تعلیم فورمو ډکول او اړوند اسنادو ترتیبول د ښوونکي مسؤلیت دی . ښوونکی باید د هر درس په پای کې زده‌ کوونکو ته کورنۍ دنده ورکړي، د هغوی استعدادونو ته پاملرنه وکړي، د زده‌ کړې د کچې د لوړولو لپاره له نوېو تدریسي میتودونو څخه ګټه واخلي، د زده‌ کوونکو ترمنځ سالمه او دوستانه فضا رامنځته کړي او فردي اختلافات په مناسب ډول حل کړي . ښوونکی باید د ازموینو لپاره معیاري او مناسبې پوښتنې ترتیب کړي . ښوونکی باید د ازموینې پاڼې په ډېر دقت سره تصحیح او وارزوي . د ازموینې پوښتنې باید واضح، معیاري او د زده‌ کوونکو د علمي کچې مطابق ترتیب شي . ښوونکی باید د ازموینې له پیل مخکې د زده ‌کوونکو حاضري واخلي او غیرحاضر زده‌ کوونکي ثبت کړي . ښوونکی مکلف دی چې د ښوونځي اصول، لوایح او مقررات مراعت کړي، د ښوونځي محرم معلومات او اسناد په امانت وساتي او له اړوندو مسؤلینو پرته یې له هېچا سره شریک نه کړي . ښوونکی باید د ادارې د مشرتابه لارښوونې ومني او له همکارانو سره متقابل احترام او ښه همکاري ولري . ښوونکی باید د معارف له نافذه لوایحو او مقرراتو سره بشپړه بلدتیا ولري . ښوونکی باید د ښوونځي پالیسۍ، مقررات او د ماشوم ساتنې (Child Protection and Safeguarding) اصول په بشپړه توګه مراعت کړي . ښوونکی باید له والدینو او د ښوونځي له ادارې سره اغېزمنه او دوامداره همکاري ولري . ښوونکی باید د زده‌ کوونکو د زده‌ کړې ارزونه وکړي، ازموینې واخلي او پایلې یې په سمه توګه ثبت کړي . ښوونکی باید په ښوونیزو غونډو، روزنیزو پروګرامونو او ورکشاپونو کې فعاله ونډه واخلي . ښوونکی باید د ښوونځي د فعالیتونو او پروګرامونو په تنظیم او پلي کولو کې همکاري وکړي . ښوونکی باید ورځني، اوونیز او میاشتني درسي پلانونه چمتو کړي . ښوونکی باید د اړتیا پر مهال د زده‌ کوونکو له اولیاوو سره په دوامداره اړیکه کې وي . ښوونکی باید د ادارې د قوانینو او مقرراتو مطابق ورسپارل شوې دندې په ښه توګه ترسره کړي . ښوونکی مکلف دی چې د ادارې له لوري سپارل شوې نورې اړوندې دندې هم ترسره کړي . څرنګه چې دا یو نمونوي ښوونځی دی، ښوونکی باید د مینې، اخلاص، درناوي او سالمې روزنیزې فضا په رامنځته کولو سره د تدریس بهیر پر مخ یوسي . ښوونکی نشي کولای چې له شرعي او قانوني عذر پرته ښوونځی پرېږدي؛ که د کوم عذر له امله د وتلو اړتیا وي، باید اداره مخکې له مخکې په جریان کې واچوي . Job requirements At least a Bachelor’s degree in English Language or a relevant field . At least three (3) years of teaching experience (preferred). Good Knowledge of computer knowledge. Good knowledge of Pashto and Dari languages and good proficiency in English.
