Wireless Network Integration Engineer

Role summary We are seeking an experienced Wireless Network Integration Engineer to support the planning, deployment, integration, and optimization of Huawei wireless network solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end wireless projects, providing technical leadership, ensuring successful customer engagement, and supporting the implementation of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network technologies. Duties and responsibilities Support network planning and integrated deployment for wireless network delivery projects. Implement and deliver wireless network integration services for Huawei 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. Design technical solutions, identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve technical issues throughout project delivery. Serve as the primary technical interface with customers, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and user training. Conduct knowledge sharing and technical training to enhance the capabilities of internal team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. Provide technical leadership for medium- to large-scale wireless deployment projects. Job requirements Technical Skills Proficiency in using Huawei's support and help-seeking systems to resolve both technical and non-technical delivery issues. Hands-on experience delivering wireless integration services involving: Huawei 2G/3G/4G/5G base stations Controllers Network Management Systems (NMS) Antenna systems Strong understanding of wireless communication principles and Huawei wireless network architecture. Experience with Huawei wireless equipment installation, commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of operating systems, database installation and commissioning, antivirus implementation, and system security hardening. Ability to perform resource utilization analysis, network performance monitoring, and operational status analysis. Professional Experience In-depth knowledge of Huawei wireless products and related peripheral solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve cross-product integration issues. Proven ability to independently lead the technical delivery of medium- and large-scale wireless network projects. Excellent customer communication, presentation, and technical consultation skills. Strong leadership, teamwork, and mentoring abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in telecommunications network deployment and integration projects. Experience leading customer-facing technical delivery activities. Huawei technical certifications are an advantage.
