Marketing Manager

Role summary Afzal Link Internet Services Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities, increase customer acquisition, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with businesses and organizations. Duties and responsibilities Develop and implement marketing plans. Lead and supervise the marketing team. Attract new individual and corporate customers. Build relationships with companies, NGOs, institutions, and businesses. Manage field and digital marketing campaigns. Conduct market and competitor research. Set monthly targets and monitor results. Coordinate with management, finance, technical, and customer service teams. Job requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. · At least 2 years of relevant marketing or business development experience. · Previous team leadership experience is preferred. · Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and planning skills. · Good knowledge of digital and field marketing. · Fluency in Pashto and Dari; English is an advantage. · Familiarity with the Khost market is preferred. · Honest, responsible, creative, and results-oriented.
