Social Mobilizers(Male and Female)

Job Summary Job Summary The Male Social Mobilizer will support the implementation of community-based activities. The position will be responsible for facilitating community engagement, awareness raising, mobilization of beneficiaries, and strengthening communication between the project team and target communities. The Male Social Mobilizer will work closely with communities, local leaders, government representatives, and project staff to ensure effective outreach, community participation, and smooth implementation of livelihood and economic empowerment activities. The position will support the promotion of gender equality, community acceptance, and inclusive participation while ensuring that project activities are implemented in a culturally appropriate and respectful manner. Job Requirements Conduct regular field visits to target communities and maintain effective communication with community members and local stakeholders. Support community mobilization activities to facilitate participation in project activities and ensure community ownership. Identify, engage, and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, local authorities, and influential community members. Assist in identifying and registering eligible beneficiaries according to approved selection criteria and project guidelines. Conduct community awareness sessions on project objectives, activities, women's economic empowerment, and livelihood opportunities. Support the project team in organizing meetings, consultations, trainings, and community events. Promote positive engagement and understanding among community members regarding women's participation in economic activities. Collect community feedback, concerns, and recommendations and share them with the Project Manager and relevant team members. Support the distribution, monitoring, and follow-up of project inputs, services, and activities at community level. Assist in collecting field-level information, success stories, and beneficiary feedback for project reporting. Coordinate with female social mobilizers and technical staff to ensure inclusive and effective community outreach. Ensure adherence to safeguarding principles, Code of Conduct, PSEA standards, and organizational policies during all community interactions. Report field challenges, community concerns, and implementation progress to the supervisor in a timely manner. Support monitoring and verification activities conducted by the project team. Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or supervisor to support successful project implementation.
