Description
Job Summary Responsibilities ü Oversee the implementation of quality health programs and ensure that program goals, objectives, targets, and activities are met. ü Prepare program implementation plans in coordination with technical management team for all departments like, technical, procurement/logistic, administrative, finance, transport, security and etc. ü Conduct regular (weekly, monthly) supervision/monitoring visits to the various project sites, ensuring that projects utilize standardized protocols, policies and guidelines, as outlined by the Ministry of Public Health. Identify technical quality and/or other implementation issues and provide solutions and follow-up to ensure projects are on track to meet goals and are consistent with established best practices. ü Ensure that the health program is implemented in line with the MMRCA principles and policies (procurement, logistic, HR, finance, and etc): promoting and protecting rights, participation, capacity building, partnership and holistic programming. ü Strictly follow up the medical and operational supply chain system, stock recording, timely ordering for the supplies and accountabilities with pharmacy team ü Work with finance to provide accurate and timely costing plans, cash forecasts as well regular monthly base review. ü Represent MMRCA in all health and nutrition related forums in regional and provincial levels, including health cluster, nutrition cluster and any other related working group. ü Attend quarterly and monthly coordination meeting at provincial and country offices level. ü Work closely with HMIS/M&E team, for data collection, analysis and ensure data quality. ü Ensure all KPIs and other project deliverable are followed up with the relevant departments, HFs, hospital, and the set targets are achieved, ü Represent the organization and the project in meetings with MoPH technical departments, UNICEF, WHO, PHD and other stakeholders in the national, regional and provincial level ü Ensure for proper and standard filling system both hard and soft in project office and kept regular update accordingly. ü Familiar with P4P core indictors and TPM HMIS and QQC, PIP monitoring and performance management. ü Regular follow up with project management team regarding SAFE project components and deliverables like GRM, PESA, EES, and etc Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse: · Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within MMRCA and amongst beneficiaries served by MMRCA. Safeguarding: · It is all staff’s shared responsibility and obligation to safeguard and protect populations with whom we work, including adults who may be particularly vulnerable and children. This includes safeguarding from the following conduct by our staff or partners: sexual exploitation and abuse; exploitation, neglect, or abuse of children and adults at risk; and any form of trafficking in persons. Professional Competencies: o Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and to work effectively with staff of HFs o Be proactive and take initiatives and work independently. o Ability to prioritize tasks, handle tasks simultaneously, and to work under pressure. o Proven analytical, conceptual and problem –solving skills. o Excellent report writing HMIS and M&E skills Job Requirements Job Requirements: ü MD/MPH degree from a recognized University ü Management and leadership, HMIS, Report writing, Supervision and Monitoring ü 15 years of experience in Health Programs Management in developing countries ü Committed and honest to work hard, have good communication skills, having analytical skills, leadership skills, team building and playing skills ü Fluent in English and local language Attached your tazkira in email.
