General Manager (ISP)

Role summary Mawj Faza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the company’s daily operations, business growth, and strategic development. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and solid experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry. Duties and responsibilities * Lead and manage all company operations. * Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals. * Supervise technical, sales, customer support, and administrative teams. * Monitor network performance and ensure high service quality. * Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational costs. * Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners. * Prepare operational and management reports for company leadership. * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Identify new business opportunities and expand market share. Job requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). * Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in an ISP or telecommunications company. * Strong knowledge of ISP operations, networking, and telecommunications. * Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. * Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and team management. * Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Dari and Pashto is an advantage. Preferred Skills * Experience with MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Huawei, Cisco, or similar networking technologies. * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills.
