Male Duty Doctors

Job Summary Conduct daily ward rounds for observation and review of patients. Ensure patient case notes, transfer, referral and discharges are written on daily basis and ensure regular monitoring of patients’ progress. Run clinics on a regular basis and attend to emergency cases when necessary. Carry out emergency surgical procedures when on duty . Liaise with Consultants on handling specialized cases in provision of patients’ health care. Participate in all clinical activities and support departmental heads in timely and accurate medical reports, audits, and mortality reviews. Participate in all clinical audit activities, presentations, rounds and clinical teaching by visiting consultants. Follow the routine roster arrangements by Clinical Director or his representative. Observe and comply with environmental health and occupational safety measures and regulations. Provide professional guidance to facilitate growth and development of the institution. Ensure effective utilization of resources. Work with subordinates to establish effective managerial control through delegation and coordination. Being Available in emergency situations. Stimulate achievement and evaluate performance on a regular basis. Work effectively with superiors, peers and subordinates. Participate in regular participative meetings. Report to Head of your Department Reporting: · You are to report to the Head Department , who can also assign any other responsibilities to you in addition to the above prescribed duties. Job Requirements Education : Medical Doctor registered with Afghanistan medical council (AMC). Work Experience : Work Experience: At least 3 years’ experience working as a Medical Doctor in hospitals and Health Facility particularly in surgery department. Skills: · Emergency surgical procedures · Good communication skill in both Dari and English and proven management ability. · Language: Fluency at local languages. · Local resident of Bamiyan Province Can Apply.
