Job Summary The Role Clinical Skills Trainer-Preceptors support and monitor Midwife and Nurse clinical and Skills Lab experience for the practical component of a Hybrid Skills Development course. Overall responsibilities; A. Clinical Skills Trainer-Preceptors support and monitor Midwife and Nurse clinical and Skills Lab experience for the practical component of a Hybrid Skills Development course. Actively engage in project orientation and Preceptor training activities. Guide and advice assigned Midwives and Nurses before and during practical course activity. Daily monitoring of clinical and technical performance of assigned participants. Event monitoring of necessary procedures and techniques by assigned participants. Closely adhere to project schedule and timelines for monitoring and reporting. Actively participate in AABRAR MEAL requirements. Job Requirements Degree/Certifications – Current professional Certification as Midwife; Evidence of successfully completed EOC Course; Evidence of advances clinical and technical specializations of Midwifery. 5 years’ experience – Delivering Maternal-Child Healthcare in a Hospital or Clinic setting. Verified experience – Delivering training in EOC in a Hospital or Clinic setting.
