Ensure all foreign trade, import/export operations, and business transactions adhere to international trade laws and local governance frameworks Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery performance in international level. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements. Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking. Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations that may impact sourcing strategies. Job requirements Proficiency in negotiation, cost analysis, procurement software and systems. 2 – 5 years of experience in international commercial operations, global business development, or international supply chain management In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management, and procurement processes. Strong understanding of contract laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven experience as a Purchasing Supervisor or in a similar procurement role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
